Making a booking
Each 90-minute session includes Blue Rose Healing's unique blend of EFT AromaPressure and Intuitive Energy Therapy:
• EFT AromaPressure guided tapping sequences to address the physical and emotional needs of the body, restore self-connection and enable flow through the bodies energy meridians.
• As part of the EFT sequences, you will experience the restorative benefits of the diffusion and self-application of individually selected therapeutic grade essential oils.
• Session concludes with guided mind-body connection techniques and relaxing, soothing Intuitive Energy Therapy. This gentle modality of energy healing safely supports the release of stagnant and non-serving energy to facilitate the healing flow of energy transfer.

Absolutely! It's important to let me know during the booking process and prior to your session about any medication you are taking so that I can select suitable essential oils for use in your session.
Yes, absolutely! EFT AromaPressure and Intuitive Energy Therapy is gentle and non-invasive - promoting relaxation throughout the whole of the body. Deep relaxation has huge benefits for both mother and baby. Please let me know during the booking process and prior to your session if you are pregnant (or suspect you may be) as the use of some essential oils are not recommended.
The use of essential oils within the session is completely optional. Each session is individually crafted around your personal needs and preferences so, if you prefer not to include them, the benefits of your experience will not be affected.
No, EFT AromaPressure is a guided, non-invasive therapy which stimulates the flow of the meridians of the body by targeting acupressure points in the hands, face and upper body. Essential oils are self-applied and diffused throughout the session to complement the benefits of EFT and Intuitive Energy Therapy.
Sessions typically include a very light placement of my hands and gentle contact with acupressure points on the soles of your feet, your head and forehead at different times throughout the Intuitive Energy Therapy. This is always explained and discussed at the beginning of every session to establish what you are comfortable with. Your comfort is my top priority and this can be completely adapted to suit your preferences and needs.
Due to everyone's individual body chemistry and life experiences, each session is unique. It is possible to experience a range of emotions and physical sensations throughout the session ie. tears, yawning, temperature fluctuations/sensations, body twitches/itching/tingling etc. Equally, the body may not display any of the above and you may not notice any physical changes during the session - this is completely normal. Overall feelings of relaxation, joy and self-connection are experienced by most.
The body will continue to work on what was addressed in your session. It is important to stay hydrated, rest and observe what your body needs. You may feel the need to sleep and rest more following a session, this allows for physical restoration to continue. It is not uncommon to notice an increase in the frequency of toilet visits for a short period of time following a session. Overall feelings of relaxation, balance, 'lightness' and a reduction in physical and emotional discomfort is experienced by most.
Everybody's needs and life experiences are unique. Whether you are just in need of a reset and refresh or wish to work in depth in releasing, restoring and igniting self-healing within the body, the amount and frequency of sessions will vary depending on you. Multiple sessions tend to have the most impact on overall, lasting wellbeing as your central nervous system will begin to recognise the modalities when used, allowing safety and familiarity for deeper levels of wellness and restoration with each session had.
Sessions are personalised and tailored to your individual needs and unique healing journey. Your body will continue to work on and process what has been addressed in each session. It is recommended that sessions are spaced out in regular weekly time frames to enable consistency and familiarity for the mind and body's restoration. However, if you feel that you would benefit from spreading them out over a longer period of weeks/months, then that is absolutely fine as well. You set the pace.
All clients will be greeted in the shared reception area at Studio Nine before they are taken up to the therapy room for their session. Due to limited space in both of these areas, it is not possible for anyone else to remain on the premises whilst your session takes place. However, Newport is a busy market town and anyone accompanying you can take advantage of the shops and café/pub facilities on the high street. This also ensures client confidentiality and dedicates session space and time solely for your treatment. If you have additional needs which require suitable adjustments, please contact me to discuss.
